Border Collie - 1 years old, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped is needing a home where he is not left for long periods of time, one that enjoys long walks / jogging, has patience and is prepared to put in the man hours with the ongoing training that Sheldon needs.
He has come from a home where he was left to his own devices for long periods of time so has unfortunately become used to picking up belongings lying around and chewing and as such he just doesn't want to be left home alone now and he stresses. Sheldon may benefit from living with another dog - he just wants to play and run around - agility may also suit him.
Children in the home need to be older as he still likes to mouth and nip which obviously hurts. In the right home with the right owners it will not take Sheldon long at all to grasp what is required but he will not be instant perfect, he will need input, time, patience and continued training. On the plus side he has bags of love to give and loves a cuddle or three.
